The smoke could use some more detail but the posing is pretty much perfect.

The caliber is measured from the actual bullet, not its casing. Btw its .30-06.

It's okay. The textures look pretty bad this close though.

Yes, even if the face textures are not the best, I still prefer them to the very difficult to pose DoD:S soldiers

The eye that's open looks weird to me, as in his eye color. Also what are those red spots on the guy's hand, most notably his left index finger.
Its the models, apparently the WaW soldiers hate walls, and like to punch them to death.
I used photoshop cs4.
