Leon, save it for cpt:matt for a first this is actually decent I'm glad you know how to find good models and install them properly.
Get used to posing those combine some more, and don't use bigcity.

Well, let's see. Try to use Super DoF and screenshot quality at 100. It [U]will[/U] increase the quality of your images. Get used to the models you're posing before actually making the idea you got into a pose. Read the sticky at the top of this section and perhaps read some of the editing tutorials, they are invaluable.

Looks good, but that M249 looks unnatural standing uptight like that. And the combine look a little bit rigidly posed.
Don't get me wrong, it looks good, but just some constructive criticism.
It looks better than things I've done in the past. However, try some lens stuff, it adds mood. Unless you're audience hates lens flares and the like.
