Go easy on the smoke. You're improving in terms of shading though.

Blur on the background is kinda ugly, but the posing is nice.
And as Chesty said go easy on the smoke mate.
Shading on the right arm's beginning needs some work, it should be a little darker.

People can now put silencers on shotguns, the laws of the world mean nothing anymore.
