The light on her right hand (left from our point of view) made me a bit confused, but it's okay. Also I'm not really fan of the green eye. Everything else looks great.

Not really. The rimlighting is way overdone. It would have been better if it was just the original rimlighting.

The problem with the eye is that it kind of bleeds into the rest of the picture. Either make the other stuff darker so the eye is more of a focal point, or make the glow a tad less standoutish. It seems like it's fighting with the rest of the uber-rim-lit Witch. Having both of those extremes looks weird unless you do a good balance. Also, the rim lighting IS a BIT too much.

I actually like the picture, it's just the rimlighting and eye both seem kind of eh to me. Overall it's good. Just crittin'.
