Just coloring, contrast, and/or brightness/sharpening.

By the way, the phrase "GO GET HER!" sounds like Garrus is telling Grunt to do something ethically very questionable and also gross to the Berserker or that Grunt should go VERY close before shooting. You should have removed the "Go" in my opinion.

That's some great great editing.
Only thing that doesn't make sense is the heavy blur on the wielding gun and the lens-flare stripe from the gun. I also wonder why the enemy has two visible shots coming near us, but our friend that shoots at the berserker has no bullets coming out of the gun even though he's shooting.
