Is it that cold to be wearing those suits? I'm sure the MW2 Paratroopers would do good. Either way, its a good pose.
do you ever use normal models? you always use models we dont have :P
Shading on the right guy is just AMAZING.

The posing and editing are spot-on. Another great pose, my friend!
Blowout soon, fellow Generic Soldier.
iPod commercial, anyone? :buddy:
The contrast is blinding. The whole picture is blinding. It looks mostly good and I can tell you put work into this, but it's bad on the eyes. Also, the guy on the right looks strange (particularly his beanie).

The lack of any shading really make the models stand out and really isn't any good at all. The only thing I see is some baked-on ambient occlusion on the faces but that's just part of the model. I'm not surprised, though, seeing as you aren't really good at editing at all and resort to using the 2006 method of creating a blurred screen layer to create a huge mess of a picture with no real details. [editline]09:42PM[/editline]
I'd call it realism/accuracy, ever heard of the term "snowblind"?
Being snowblind is different than not having any form of shadows cast on to something white. That's just illogical/dumb.
I'd call it realism/accuracy, ever heard of the term "snowblind"?
Yes, I have. I learned a long time ago that this forum isn't about "realism." If it was, muzzleflashes would be more or less almost invisible in day time poses, every picture in direct sunlight would bland, ect. This picture doesn't have to be "realistic." Frankly, if it was so realistic we couldn't look at it, why would Ddok even have bothered posting it?
Very nice! What map is used? :)
