Getting interesting and intense lighting in open outdoor scenebuilds is kinda hard.

Needs more ambient/diffuse lighting. Besides that it's great.
Awesome posing! Looks very fluid.
One thing that stands out is that due to the angle, it doesn't look like the shooter outside the window is aiming/firing at glorious USA. If the drivers eyebrows were furrowed it would also aid the picture I feel.

His gun was actually pointed at the guy, it just doesn't look like it from the angle. You could also just say he's a typical 80s action movie bad guy so his aim is really bad.

Very cool posing and setup. Only nitpick I can think of is more dust and vehicles' wheels need more motion blur.
Might as well add a huge explosion behind them as well, just for good measure.
