Still too much sharpening/editing. But your overall skill in posing is improving.
That guy in the last picture on the far right. It looks like he's having a spam, heart attack, or he's just wondering "God, what am i doing here!"

Remember how I always say to raise the gun higher up on their shoulder when firing, so they don't look like retards? Well, yeah. Raise the gun higher on their shoulders so they don't look like retards.
Constructive Criticism:
1) -I'm not a pro poser myself, but the posing there feels a little bland, like plastic.
2) -I feel that if one soldier in a group feels alerted, shouldn't the others be on alert too?
-The guy in the back seems to be derping a little.
-The "lowered gun" and "alert" poses need a little work on the shoulders and arms.
7) -Same with the "alert" pose.
