Thanks to ChestyMcGee and Santz for giving me some C&C before posting this. I wasn't going to post it at first, but I thought "What the hell, it's better than half the shit we get in this section these days anyways." so I posted it.
C&C on all the effects, please.

Would've been perfect if you had a cremator model
Would've been perfect if you had a cremator model
Valve should have included that guy in the final game, he was totally badass.
i don't like the fire trail, looks too much like a rocket trail or something
it needs more......width or something,i don't know
as for the Cremator model, there's one in a beta model pack, but it's shitly rigged
Hopefully Missing Information will be finished and we will get Mugofdoom's fucking sexy Cremator model.
The fire ashes look alot better now that they are smaller and the flame effect looks pretty cool.
Nice work overall. I love the fire on the chair although more could have been done with the lighting.
Now that you mention it, WHERE THE FUCK DID MY SHADING GO?
Nice flame effect, i don't like the posing on the "cremator" though.
Pretty sweet looking right there. For the fire, it would have looked a bit better if at the base it was spreading out against the floor, rather than just fading away. The little glowing embers look real nice, just maybe have them be a little darker and with a slightly more orange color. The shading on the smoke looks cool, but it could use a bit more definition. Give the smoke some hard edges rather than just blending everything together.
And yea, like you noticed, the shading is gone :saddowns:
Also, Protip: for really nice looking head distortion, select the area you want distorted, apply a noise > spread filter (or whatever the equivalent in photoshop is) and gaussian blur by a little (like 2-5)
Okay, thanks. I added the version with some shading, can't seem to locate the other one.

Wonderful editing, bro.

Of course I didn't mean you. Your stuff might not be the greatest, but you're not awful by any means.

Relax, just messing with you. :v:
Why about me Zerax :v:
Any more comments on this one? It took me quite a while to edit, probably one of my longest edits yet.
The fire would look better if it increased on thickness with the lengt
I like the smoke and all the rest though. Finally you do something more than just shade :buddy:
:classic_fillmore:
Good:

Posing is spot on

The embers/bits of flame are awesome

ITS A MOTHERFUCKING FLAME THROWER :supaburn:

Lighting is nice

I dig the shit out of the distortion around the flame. Haven't seen that attempted here yet. (maybe it has been, I just haven't seen it :X)
Bad:

Flame is a bit blurry or murky

Like it was said needs more fire on the floor/other things. I see the chair on fire juuust a little but nothing else is really erupting into flame. Too nitpicky? Probably.

Smoke is like vman said, also needs more smoke gathering on the ceiling. Possibly darker too.

Shadows of the combine and the table are out of place with the rest of the lighting but that isn't your fault. Just something to think about next time
Again I'm not being mean just objectively critiquing since you asked for it. It's very good and I can tell you put a lot of effort into it. Keep up the good work.
Wow, thanks mate. Really appreciate it.
Rated useful :buddy:
I was expecting Max Payne 2 cleaners :downs:
Any moaaaaar comments on this one?
