Might sound a little desperate but I want to get into this, not the "kleiner arm spazzing" movies but the serious buisness.

But I'm not sure where to start, I'd rather I see how one of you guys does it and kind of learn from that. tips and that kind of thing

I suggest you download Henry's animation tool. Get a good video recorder, and a movie editing software.
Make sure you put effort into it, of course. My friend's been making models for somebody who is making one and has been for the past few months, and the models are very high-quality.
