The reason for giving this its own thread is that I didn't get any C&C in the "Want to post your picture but don't want to make a thread" thread.

Inspiration for the second picture came from the part in Dead Space 2 where Stross tried to stab Isaac (A video of this is below just incase you don't know what happends).

Everything is in-game except the text on the second picture.

Unless you noticed the first picture is too [b]black[/b] (darker than dark) to hardly see anything worth of value. You don't need criticism to determine wether something is over bright or over dark.
As for the second one, it's better. It's good, few little things that are off with the posing.
The major problem is that you could have used a speech bubble on the upper left corner of the screenshot instead of low center.
The pictures are also pretty big even thought there's really nothing going on on the right side for which I had to scroll to see.

Text-wise, I think he was going for a subtitle look instead of comic. The First picture though, while creative, is empty. It's your art though, Don't let us make you change everything. Keep at it, For the first one maybe put a lamp over Isaac and a Necromorph just barely emerging into the light.
