A redone version of one of my older screenshots.
All editing effects are done in-game.

C&C please.
Not that good to be honest, posing is stiff and the overall scene is very empty.

Your points are valid. This was my third screenshot, so please keep in mind I am still new at this.
this is exactly the same as your other picture, this time you just rendered the sDOF

This was mostly a test for the in-game muzzle flashes. But yeah, it does say REDONE screenshot. Sorry if I went into the repost area with this one.

"posing is stiff" is a really overused criticism. Most of the time I swear people just use it to practically say "I don't know what's wrong since I know nothing about posture or center-of-balance, but it looks off!!!!"
Anyway, the first thing you should do is turn down the bloom.
The cop leaning out looks like he's diving, but his knees are touching the ground. He would fall over. The cop standing and shooting looks pretty unconvincing; His legs are too straight and close together, His torso and arms are too stiff, and his overall pose looks more like casual standing than a shooting stance. The best of the three is the cop taking cover behind the vehicle, which overall is pretty decent looking.
The situation itself doesn't make much sense. Why did the gangsters just conveniently stop in that spot with their cars parked like that, all of about 25 yards away from the cops? The map is rather empty yes, but you could of atleast added some more cars and such around them, and putted them closer to the buildings behind them given it would not only make getting out of there in a haste easier, but would give them room for cover and to flank around the building. Another thing: Why are they all just standing out exposed like that? Even the cop taking cover is leaving his head and chest exposed. At least the leaning cop has the right idea. Anyway, think over the scenario before you begin posing.
Bloom, DoF and empty streets. Add some props, adjust color balance use super DoF.
