meh
I personally am tired of clicking on the new Screenshot threads made and expecting the next great form of art crafted from an outdated game engine that I will save on my desktop so I may look it at sporadically to make me smile
instead I get 50+ TF2 pictures, and although they're sometimes funny- they're getting quite old.
And don't take it wrong, I mean- this picture is cool lookin' but if it was intended to be funny, I just can't find that in TF2 pictures anymore
so... *shrug* point of my rant: perhaps take a break from TF2

Look, that's a preference.
For some people, like me, TF2 is all they can do.
I suck at anything else.
Now whether that is the case for Notis is a different story, but he is good at what he does. If you don't like the models/theme of the shot, don't comment, just back up and head to another thread.
composition is weird. lots of empty space on the left that i don't understand. no use of rule of thirds
lovely shading, posing and character as usual though

Would you also like me to donate all my tf2 items and jump up and down in a circle and sing the spider pig song from the Simpsons?
Anything for you...
Although not all pictures containing TF2 characters are bad, I feel that some artists rely too much on their overly goofy, distinct look in order to more easily bring out the mood in their otherwise boring pictures.

So he is only doing it because the expressions on TF2 Characters are very distinct and actually have a very artist definition of expressing valves cartoon themes?

Yeah, but it's that degree of derivativeness and need to fall back on over-used and over-accentuated stock characters that makes TF2 screenshots so tiresome.
