The blood from the guy that got shot needs a wound. The muzzleflashes have too many particle dust around them, the flashes also need to have a little jaggedness. I like the shading though :smile:.

Guy on the left is really hunched over.
Guy with the SCAR needs his shoulder rotated more.
Dude in the middle just looks... odd... you also forgot to pose his left hand's thumb.
That exit wound is really small.
The smoke has really hard edges in places.
The muzzleflashes are kinda cool.
The camera angle is good.
The depth-of-field is nice.
How do you guys pose the duffel bags so that they don't jut out like that?

Anyways, the poses were a bit stiff, but the idea was cool.
Overall it's pretty good but I think some of those citizens were poor choices as the one on the far left is the mostly used in comedy...
