Trying out some new editing stuff, just a simple gmod pose with over 350 layers of painful edition =x, literally every texture was changed.(save that rock up there an one of the wood planks that already looked good.

Original to compare.

looks like you changed two layers and called it a day.
honestly dude, for some big effort you did, it doesn't look good at all.
the right is too bright, the gun is too bright, the texture changes were meaningless because it doesn't make anything look high res at all, the camera angle is terrible, you removed the envcubemap on the visor that made the picture look KIND OF GOOD in the first place
oh, and to top it off, you're a liar.
It would have been better if you applied your editing efforts on a better screenshot.
The second one is better in my opinion. Looks like a nice sunset and the helmet reflection is a good touch. My problem with the first one is that the arm is blurred and that makes the picture look very strange.

I'm definitely not, like I said I'm trying something new and I want some feedback not you telling me I lie (unsure about what I think it could be the ammount of layers? because it's not as much as it seems I have the files so I can go back and change anything at any time)

i'm joking man but 350 layers seems like a lie to me. 35, maybe. 3? more than likely.
the amount of editing you did to this picture is REALLY unnecessary because it's so subtle. it's VERY subtle. in fact, it's almost pointless as to why you've changed some parts of the picture because it doesn't really enhance anything.
Well, they stack fast if you put one to every thing, of course it takes time I don't go about it with a "ok now I'll spend 4 hours doing X" approach but a few minutes a day.
Right so what would you like to see changed/what was likeable (if there's anything) I haven't heard any of that - about it not being enhanced in any way.. kinda looks more cartoonish to me I wasn't taking a shot at realism.
This one is short
[list]
[*]Try to stay away from in game bloom. It makes everything glow unnaturally orange. If you really need it, it's so super easy to do in photoshop/gimp. Same can be said for HDR. IMO of course.
[*]The sleeve is blurred but the glove/hand is not
[*]The texture on the cuff of his sleeve is going directly up/down, instead of flowing with the direction of the fabric
[*]Shading looks alright if a little blurry
[*]Some finger clipping no big deal though
[*]Blurring on the background is a little schizophrenic. The sand is blurred all the way but the boulder on the left isn't

oh,
