Judging by the way the citizen is liying down and there is no blood , i think those were tranq. darts.
could have been shot in the torso and rolled over.
Looks nice, but something about it doesn't look quite as nice as your other pics...

It's right there to the right of his head. It might be hard to see due to the reflection but it's all there.
