I'm just showing off a little gundam head I built. Tell me if there is anything that you would like to see so that I may be able to incorporate it into the final design.

A body.
Looks really cool making a giant head but it is just a mouse turret essentially. I would say add a body that could move and LASERS IN THE eYeS
Awesome.

yeah, that's basically it, a mouse aimed turret. I've got some working arms right now. I'm still putting some decorative props on it but the arms work fine. I want to have a bending and rotating torso before I make another video.
awesome dude cant wait
cool
you can make a mouse aim turret
That looks cool but that it looks more like a mobile suit's head.
A body.
I lol'd
looks nowhere near a gundam's head.
It's been a while since I've posted the gundam head video and I was wondering something. Does anyone want a tutorial?
Get out

I'd like a tutorial.
I'd like a tutorial.
alright. I'll do a little something about how I made it work with hydraulics. I just hope that I don't take 26 mins this time, lol.
Don't listen to him, hydraulics are an overcomplication of something you can do in e2 with no problems, this wasn't popular when you posted it, why would it be popular now? (apart from the massive influx of newbies)
So in conclusion, this is just an overcomplicated (extremely) mouseaimed turret
*make it look better

Who cares if you know how to use E2? I don't. Not everyone is willing to learn a computer language in order make their contraption work.
So what if my gundam head is a mouse aimed turret, it still looks pretty cool imo. The only reason I used hydraulics is because the accumulators I use for my contraption will continue to apply force to the appropriate spots until the bearing or elevation reach 0.
I'm gonna stick with Hunta on this one. Why do we need a tutorial for something that's essentially a mouse aimed turret with bits parented (or welded) onto it? unless you add a body to the gundam, theres no point in uploading it. Its much better to learn e2, and use that. there are lots of tutorials on mouse aimed turrets.

I don't like learning e2. I think that using basic wire is easier to manufacture if you know what your doing.

You have no idea what you're talking about.

The voice of ignorance, nobody wants to read these again, once again congrats on bumping all your threads

I love you too Hunta.

Well since he so kindly bumped this...
1. If you know what your doing, e2 is by far faster and simpler than basic wire because e2 has most of the basic wire functions built in. Less time is spent fiddling with the different tools, more time building up the rest of the functions of your contraption
2. A mouse aimed turret e2 is only about 10-30 lines. This is minuscule compared to some of the other contraption's e2 chips i have seen.
3. Simpler stuff tends to work best. Ask any engineer, and they will likely say that if you can keep something simple, and keep the same level of efficiency and use, then it will break down less often.
4. e2 is considered hard to use because people don't like to type. The reality is that using e2 is much, much simpler than using a massive amount of regular chips, because in my experience, i normally get the chips confused, i forget what they do, and then i nuke the map. e2 keeps the complexity down for anyone who has any basic programming experience and is willing the learn the method names.
5. who cares if you "don't like learning e2"?

I care if I don't like learning e2. I'm not apart of your system.

Apologies, let me rephrase that. Who else cares if you don't like learning e2?

Why don't you tell us when the last time you made anything and posted it to facepunch? Do you have any contraptions to share with us Rocketracer?
cantido actually has a point so im siding with him in this also everyone who was telling him to do e2 you all just bumped the thread and i know i just did to lol also e2 is really hard to understand and learn ive been trying to learn e2 for a year now and i still dont know shit on a lot of things in it
[editline]04:37PM[/editline]
call me a reatard at e2 if you will but atleast i dont actually give a shit what people think of me the only thing that gets to me on the internet is people saying negative things about the stuff ive built that i think is good
Why don't you tell us when the last time you made anything and posted it to facepunch? Do you have any contraptions to share with us Rocketracer?
I'm sorry, can you please explain how me never posting anything to facepunch has anything to do with you selfbumping your own threads in the past about making a tutorial, and posting something that is essentially a mouse-aimed turret? I'm not forcing you to use e2. I honestly don't give a crap if you do or not. But for the person who was looking for a tutorial, e2 is far simpler. If he wants to use hydraulics and sliders or some crap like that, go ahead. Just remember that e2 is simpler. And Cantido, one more thing. If no one asked for a tutorial in the 5 months between your posting and your selfbumping, I'm fairly certain no one gives a damn.
Edit: @ Delta
How did I bump the thread if he revived it first?
