He is resting the sniper on his knee. Just did this for fun I know its not great. OH and his hand isnt clipping into his leg it just looked like that.

The angle doesn't do the pose any good, it looks a bit off. You should also turn up the AA for picture taking it looks a little low. But from what i can tell the pose itself isn't too bad.
More aa, some bloom and color correction and it would be nice, posing looks good.
He should take off his mask if he wants to take a breather.
