Seems out of focus, or blurry, specially when you look down at the guy in the white blazers hand/cuff area, the white bleeds into the black. Did you turn HDR off? Posing and idea is good though.
E: Now that I really look at it, the guy in the white looks like he is supposed to be 3D and I just haven't put my 3D glasses on... if that makes sense at all.
