Because if you think that the robotic part extends up to the elbow, it makes more sense.

posing is off, chest and butt are sticking out waist is twisted left side arm is in an unnatural position, sledge hammer isnt positioned right

fireball looks good, just needs to be brightened it up a lot and have it casting glow on his hand/arm/leg/etc
