-Yeah, I was making an awesome Mass Effect 2 Scenebuild (I dunno it if was awesome, but It looked awesome to me...) I saved the game (I was saving it after adding something new) and I think I wanted to add some ME2 weapons but the folder wouldn't open for me, so I decided to load the game I just saved, I clicked on it and the Gmod crashed...and now there is no saved game of this...so I got kinda pissed off and I decided that it would be best if I'd just practice my editing skills again, so I made a simple glow..It ain't perfect...

I suppose the glow's good because it's not massively overdone, but the actual picture itself is rather bland.
You should maybe add some wider shading around the edges of his body to make it look like it's really dark

Oh hey, you tried the same thing I did. I really do like these kinds of pictures, but I think you should have made the soldier take up more of the picture, to much black space.
I like it. You don't need a whole lot going on to make something interesting. Also bonus points for being a real man and trying gif animation.
