Off-Screen room + Off-Screen enemies On-Screen

(And yeah, it's not full of enemies..)
C&C
Posing on everybody except the spy looks incredibly stiff. And as far as I know, you don't wear your medals on your sleeve.

Ehrm...it's a shoulder pad, I didn't make the model so I don't give a shit about that! The posing on the Off-Screen enemies was meant to be look dumb.
Anyway I have to ask; What's so stiff about the soldier?

Ehrm, he's not supposed to be aiming like that.... He's about to go Rambo style with Thompson M1, so he's just supposed to be leaning backwards a little.

You still don't walk like this. Further more, if you lean backwards, you'd probably lose your balance when you start shooting.

Whatever :/ he's just trying to look badass...

Hey, I'm giving you advice. I'm telling you how to improve. If you don't like it, why did you ask for criticism?
The soldiers pose is a bit odd. From the knees up it looks like he is standing still, but his foot is lifted up like he is planting a step. Which his feet are too close for that to make sense.

I like to overreact. Sorry.

Realistic aiming or whatsoever clearly isn't what he was going for in the pic.

That doesn't mean the aiming has to be odd looking.
Loving the pauldron on the soldier.
I love the posing of the soldier.

It's kinda terminator-ish
red soldier looks like a total '50's style mobster with a stick em' up pose
which is cool
The posing in the first pic looks less like walking and more like awkward standing. His hind leg looks sort of behind while his front looks straight. Maybe it's just the angle. Second pic is all pretty good, but the Soldier should have his lower torso and legs leaning forward to compensate the backward leaning of his upper torso. The spy could be leaning forward abit more with his left (one closer to the camera) leg extended out further for support.

"Stiffness" doesn't mean jack fucking shit. In fact, people look stiff in reality. Standing all relaxed, bent, and curved is bad posture, uncomfortable, and unstable. What matters when it comes to posing is center of balance and weight distribution. E.G. when using a rifle you would lean into it in order to put your weight forward, which would help control the recoil.
How the hell can you even tell he's leaning back, anyway? You can't see the side of his torso at all. It isn't absolutely necessary to lean forward, but it is more stable when shooting. He's obviously going for a hollywood badass sort of pose though.
