That filter you put on (Heat wave maybe?) looks really bad.
It's a very interesting picture, though. I wouldn't say it's bad but it's a little strange.
If the tool of persuasion is ammo, then the voice of persuasion is a gun. Maybe these should be the other way around?
posing is ace, composition is good, but holy FUCK step away from the motion blur and hue/sat tools
