devshots_screenshot doesn't work

I want to save my screens in TGA, but this command doesn't work. All pics are still saved in JPEG. I binded it to \ key like everyone suggests, tried to bind it before loading map and after but it still doesn't work. What am I doing wrong?

Are you taking your screenshot files out of the steam screenshot viewer or the garrysmod folder?
Steam still saves screenshots as .jpgs but the .tga ones should be in garrysmod/screenshots
