I think it was Cone who told me about this source mod called Towerlight? You basically take everything from Towerlight and dump it into your addons folder. It has things like gothic architecture. The globe is from there (mine is edited though) and the table in the middle is from there as well.
Actually it's not called Towerlight, it's called something else, not sure, ask Cone.
The chair is from Mask's huge prop pack.
Floor is a mix of znalecc's skyrim tile floor and my edited black&white marble.
