These days, most weapon models, thank God, have either body groups or joints for bolt, slide, hammer and trigger movement.

You have to download Bodygroup tool.
You can still change the bodygroups by right clicking on the model while pressing C (default key for the context menu), Easy Bodygroup Tool allows you to do that way faster and easier
im not saying this is bad or anything, but the cop shooting looks like he is in a playermodel stance
