IT IS WALL.
but honestly the rain lacks depth. it is really too harsh its not india there for christ sake.

crop the pic so you dont see the rain at the bottom.

And also you got huge chunk of space wasted on the bottom, crop it.
Ouch, I'm sorry but this rain is terrible, try to apply the tutorial better, looks like you just did a single layer of rain and that's all.

Hmmmm well ill try to make it look softer but really everything is in 3 layers for just rain and all the layers are at 10% opacity.
