/Codex/-Terran Imperial Authority/ -Planetary Defence Regiments-/-Overview-/
Due to the highly militarized nature of Terran society, citizens are required to undergo basic training every 3 years if not in active service to the Imperial Guard or Imperial Navy, and have a permanent membership of their colony's Planetary Defence Organisation; more commonly known as the 'Home Guard'. This enables Imperial worlds access to significant pools of manpower in the event of disaster or attack, which in effect, makes them a less likely target of pirate groups, and allows for faster mobilization of resources should there be an attack.
Equipment can vary greatly between colonies' Planetary Defence Forces, as their postings are permanent PDFs are responsible for the requisition and construction of their own ordinance, making camouflage and specialized equipment more common to help deal with the planet's own ecosystem; compared with the more uniform Imperial Guard who operate in countless different changing environments.
This method of conscription not only helps in the Protection of Imperial space, but also helps instill discipline and build on the skills of its citizens to ensure a prepared and productive society.
This particular requirement for citizenship is generally accepted by the Terran races, but curbs interest in immigration to Imperial worlds from other Citadel races, with the exception of Turians and Krogan, who have similar cultural practices.
Easy to build, highly versatile, fast, cheap, and in a world where weapons can be made to explode in your hands by some nerd monger with a magic wristwatch, reliable; since there's no built in supercomputer bullshittery inside it. Don't fix what can't be easily broken
The cowards, the fools!
Very awesome job.
Bro, here you get those blacklight models ? I've been searching for versions without helmets but can not find =/
You could just use the official blacklight models, use the inflator tool to shrink the helmet, and no collide another character whose face you want on the blacklight model.
i like them gj besides the people running in the background, their feet look a bit strange just being flat on the floor imo
edit - only just saw op date
whoah lawdy, didn't expect to see this bumped.
regular headed BLR dudes are just ARMA heads inflator'd in.
So I'm curious, are you creating like an entire universe of different game franchises combined together?
If so that's awesome. I'd love to help make lore.
