This is a Cyber Troll Trooper (Heavy Combine Model); a cybernetic troll upgraded with combine technology to provide lulz.
They serve under the legion of the Lulzi party (The dominant party of the meme empire). Their main objective is to take over the world and infect the entire population with their most potent virus, the "LULZ Virus".
This trooper is training at the shooting range, ready to make people butt hurt with lead.
Believe it or not, I got the Standard Troll Trooper model (The orange dude in the background) from Dmgaina.
This was made a while back when I was learning the ropes of screenshot making. It took me about 4 hours (ish) to make.
My only complaint (that I can visually see) is how the shine from the bottom of the screen is too bright and distracting.

Well it was a wild guess.
Weird bumpmaps on the trooper.
Anyways, the SDOF in the background seems a bit too heavy, and the CSS pistol doesn't really fit well.
Posing seems okay, but the orange guy in the background kind of looks silly to me.

I mainly use paint.net, brightness/contrast + glow works pretty well together.
