No fingerposing on a lot of the cops (you can see it clipping through their shields), duping, and the back cop with the shotgun is horrendous. Also the contrast is way too great, rather than creating stark comicy colors it creates an eyesore with clashing colors (yellow, blue, white, and purple don't mix well all together). The concept is good, just refine it.
Guy on the left's all like:

Those shotguns are fuckin' [I]ginormous[/I] !
