I'm turning into a conveyor, i guess. In fact, i just wanted relax this way, and processed my old sketch. I wanted to make something minimalistic and eye pleasing, by putting a lot of affort into the lights.

I see lack of effort in the lights or anything. Heavy editing just covers up how bland it is.

There's really nothing going on in this picture. I didn't even notice the doctor in the background for awhile.
I kind of like the original. The "bearded" one is dreadful, though.
Also, no offense, but your Engrish just makes the quotations hilarious. Besides, an image speaks louder than words - those tidbits of text are really unnecessary.

Sometimes, text adds quite a bit to the picture. That one from awhile back "intruders upon the nightmare" did it quite well.
