Compare Vioxitars pic with yours
His is greyed yet retains its colour, your eyes are drawn to the man, then his phys gun and tool gun. After seeing that you thrn let your eyes see the rest of the picture, taking in the spectacle.
He is posed as if hes ready to start building or posing etc.
Your picture however has full colour and flat lighting and hes stood as if hes a little bored.
Yeah there's nothing in the pose and the angle is less interesting. Also the DoF (I think?) looks super weird.
His left hand is also completely unposed.
