I would like my pointshop to display like
Main category would be "Donator" "Member" "User" ect, once clicked on it would bring you to the items menu but I would like it to look like this instead

Obviously a bit more tidy and a better font as I just made the above in paint.
With sub-sections inside the section itself.
Multiple sections like "Donator trails" "Donator hats" "Donator skins" ect.
Would this be a difficult task?
