Help for making a server!

Hello everyone, i recently bought this 8 slots Garry's mod server at PlugPayPlay.com for my Cider server.
- But im kind of stuck, so.. Anyway.
* I've puttet Everything inside garrysmod/ outsite of my garrysmod/ folder.
* I puttet the "LibMySQL.dll" in Orangebox folder
* A some reason i can't see any database on my gamepanel wich is pretty Gay. So i puttet the Players.sql
on a weird place called ''www.db4free.net''
* I edited the sv_configuration.lua to this

[lua]cider.configuration["MySQL Host"] = "89.145.94.31:27015"
cider.configuration["MySQL Username"] = "Default"
cider.configuration["MySQL Password"] = "Defualt"
cider.configuration["MySQL Database"] = "cideralex"
cider.configuration["MySQL Table"] = "players"[/lua]

And when i connect to the server it says: You are stuck please "jump" for rejoin..
