How to make people download car packs when they join

i have a DarkRP server and i want to add a car pack.
i want to no the lua code so people download it off the server

Just do materials and models, but if you seriously add a whole pack like GMOW or something that is ridiculous.

You will get about 1 person on it.
They'll join, see that it wants to download all the stuff, leave it half an hour (maybe), then disconnect.
It'll take hours.
