I know it says missing, but I don't know how to fix this
The HLSS script has loaded correctly
Tap DELETE once after selecting your sound to play it
Tap DELETE again to stop playing it

it tells me that in console when I start up gmod
and if I press delete it doesn't play anything but I can hear my own voice when I talk
Also I have tried reinstalling

He didn't block it. He removed the entire convar from the sourcecode.
