Music streaming (hear me out)

I'm hosting a small server for me and my friends and a frequent request I've gotten is a music player. So I decided to look into making one

I'm going for something like the jukebox at [BB]Deathrun (69.90.34.155:27022). what they do is upload the
songs to a webserver and stream them using the jukebox.

So my question is: How can I stream from a webserver using Lua. and also what host would you recommend
for the music itself.

I think I can handel the VGUI and all that I just need to know how to stream
