Pointshop 2 lua errors

So i bought PS2 for my gmod server and i installed it, along with libk and pac3.
its working fine, all the setting changes save and stuff, but once i try to make a new category it says

'' A technical error occured, your changes could not be saved! ''

And this pops up in console

''Pointshop2View:displayError( A technical error occured, your changes could not be saved! ) len 792''

Any help would be highly appreciated!
