New menu in turret stool

Hi, could someone make me additional menu in defeault gmod turret stool?
There is already sound menu to where I'm adding 60 new sounds and tracer menu where I'm adding tracers also, could someone make me bullet hit menu? So I can add effects that can be choosed to spawn when bullet hits something?

Please help me since this is very important, I can handle effects myself.
