hey I have been wanting a radio that plays still alive from portal, but using a different model. it always appears as a error sign because i dont have portal or half life. thanks
Well you won't be able to hear the sound anyway if you don't have portal.
well the one i downloaded worked, it played the song and everything, but it was an error sign.

Have that portal radio addon installed then use Notepad to open Still Alive RADIO\lua\entities\catap00m\init.lua and at line 23 replace
self:SetModel( "models/props/radio_reference.mdl" )
with
self:SetModel( "models/props_lab/citizenradio.mdl" )
That's really all there is to do.

im really bad at basically everything on a computer. it says it cant open the /init.lua part so i cant change it. D:
instead of doubleclicking it open notepad and then browse to it. Make sure you're opening "All files" and not just .txt
wait, nevermind! i messed around with it and was able to open and change the file! it worked thanks!
