I want something that can break or bust open doors or something that can open any dour locked or not. can anyone make it or know something that already exists?
Something already exists, look for lockpick, emp tool, and maybe keys.

you could make a swep that places C4 on the door and when it detonates the door unhinges with a small explosion effect and damages nearby props and players
Probably not what your looking for but, the newest css realistic weapons all the shotguns when on buckshot blow the doors off of its hinges.
Kermites shotgun pack will take down any prop_door.
What im mostly looking for is unlocking any time of door, the really poorly made keys and opener things dont open doors made by the door stool.

That is a prop protection problem. You have to disable USE protection.
