So the name of this thread pretty much explains it. When the round goes from preparing and then to pick your role there is about a 5 to 10 second lag spike. Any ideas whats causing this?

It's because everything is loaded in when the round is started, which lags lower-end PCs. I suggest getting an upgrade.
