I might try making some this, as Power Mode shouldn't be too hard. I would probably need someone to do Armour and Stealth. Another problem would be integrating it with different SWEPS and HL2 Weapons.
If anyone wants to take a shot at this, they're welcome. I'll set up an SVN Repo where code can be stored.
