How would i make Delay on Weapon Change? | Help required

Hey Facepuncher's!
I currently trying to find out how i would make an delay to weapons.. Let's example say:
I have [b]equipped[/b] an Deagle, but I don't want people to see me with it. So I'll holster it until I have to use it.
I'll take my Deagle out but didn't had to use it, but instead of [b]quick-switch to hand's[/b], it will notifier the player, and you wouldn't be able to change it before a couple of seconds..
