Nill Error

On this piece of code (CL_menu.lua) I always get:cl_menu.lua:20: attempt to index global 'DPA' (a nil value)
I have looked everywhere but i cant seem to find a fault?

What line is line 20? Also, use

 tags.

but if I comment that line the error just shifts onto the next line of code.
