Browsing gmod.org today I noticed the Lightsaber sweps suck because they're simply overpowered crowbars with force powers that conflict with other scripts. Then I noticed Jawalt's Gladius Swep that has an actual blocking system.
Would it be possible for anyone to put the two together, preferably rather than simply changing the view/world models on the gladius swep?
Maybe even forward Jawalt's work by allowing the saber to block projectiles like bullets, or making an advanced block/parry system to have directional attacks and blocks like in 'Pirates Vikings and Knights'.

Jawalt was asked on this thread to make a lightsaber version of this, but I've never seen it.
The code is really bad for Gladius, I might completely redo it, honestly.
