Now that I use Evolve over ULX on my server, there is no !aslay while using RDM manager. How would I get !aslay or !slaynr back in Evolve? I did some googling but got nothing.

Evolve doesn't have all of the plugins ULX does. If you want to use something other than ULX, you're going to have to know how to code. I would start off with looking at how Evolve commands are parsed.
