Hey i was wonder if there was Any NPC Control Stool that can Adjust the NPC's Accuracy, i really don't like how the Combine's Accuracy Is So Low and that the Rebel's Accuracy is So high..i mean isn't it suppose to be the other way around? If there is a Tool that Exists can you send me the Link to it?.

Took me a little longer than I thought. Never wrote a STOOL before, had to get some reference material and work out a few things, but here ya go.
Select the proficiency from the choice box in the C-Menu then left click to set
Right click will tell you the current proficiency

Alternatively just use that so you don't have to set it for every NPC
