Scaling an NPC

I want to scale an NPC, could I use this: [url]http://wiki.garrysmod.com/?title=Entity.SetModelScale[/url] ?

1) Does the damage stuff shrink with it? Will the headbone and all shrink?

2) How do I scale the physical properties down?
