Custom Animation help

Hello,

I've found some custom models to use in my gamemode, but unfortunately there is no specific player models of it, means the animation does not work.

Do you guys know any script that might fix it? Like I know, OpenAura for example does it somehow.
But is there any script out there that might fix the animations?
